Order Processing

  • Processing Time:

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. 

Return Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility:
    We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, with all original packaging intact, tags attached, and accompanied by the order receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Initiating a Return:
    To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at engravethatsupport@proton.me with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Refunds:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Replacements

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, you must follow our return process for a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Provide us with photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, refund, or return shipping label for the damaged product.
